Return and Refund Policy

At JerryCanBarware, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Please read the policy below before starting a return.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and include all original accessories. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing accessories, or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Customers must contact us by email before sending any item back. After we review and approve your return request, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not caused by a product defect, shipping damage, missing item, or our fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is caused by a product issue, shipping damage, missing item, incorrect item, or another issue that is not the customer’s fault, we will provide a full refund or appropriate resolution after reviewing the case.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at support@jerrycanbarware.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. This helps us review the case and provide a proper solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

If your order shows as shipped, you may still contact us by email as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to recall or stop the shipment, but this is not guaranteed.

If the shipment cannot be stopped, the order will be handled under our standard return policy after delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for orders that have already been shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jerrycanbarware.com. We may be able to help you cancel or adjust the order before shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used items
  • Items without the original packaging
  • Items that are damaged, missing accessories, or not in returnable condition due to customer handling
