Shipping Policy
At JerryCanBarware, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Non-customized items are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.
Customized items are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
The overall shipping time is usually 3–35 days after shipment.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, local customs policies, customs clearance efficiency, carrier processing speed, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Under normal circumstances, and without unexpected delays such as severe weather, road closures, strikes, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events, customers can generally expect to receive their order within 5–43 days after placing the order.
U.S. Domestic Inventory
For products that are in stock in the United States, U.S. customers can generally expect delivery within 10 days after placing the order.
This estimate applies only to products that are available from U.S. domestic inventory at the time of order processing.
Customs, Import Duties, and Local Delays
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import inspections, duties, taxes, or other local requirements depending on the destination country or region.
Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our direct control. Delivery may take longer if a package is selected for customs inspection or if additional information is required by local authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
You can also track your shipment through the 17TRACK tracking system available on our website.
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, road closures, holidays, incorrect shipping information, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will help review the tracking status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, JerryCanBarware may not be responsible for additional shipping costs or delivery failure.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jerrycanbarware.com. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
